This device works great with my RM551E-GL modem with the RJ45 providing connectivity to my 1GbE downstream device. It comes as a kit with all needed hardware, including heatsinks, and is easily assembled with a small screwdriver, 9mm wrench, and needle nose pliers. When I contacted them for support, they were very responsive via email and chat. Great support and product is working flawlessly so far.
With the recent changes to Unifi Network I was finally able to add a third WAN and therefore cellular backup to my full Ubiquiti network/security stack at home. Initially, I ordered a MR6110 unlocked off Amazon and the performance at my location was a little lackluster.. I only saw 60/4mbps. This caused me to go down a rabbit hole on Google until I eventually landed on thewirelesshaven. Prior to arriving here, I had ton quite a bit of reading all over the web and on GitHub and had pretty much decided on getting a RM551E-GL and some sort of "ETH enclosure." I ultimately decided to bite the bullet and purchase my equipment with thewirelesshaven after going back and forth with Richard in the website chat. On the surface the pricing seemed a little high in comparison to other websites I came across, but I truly feel like it was completely worth it for the advice/support I was able to get from Richard.
And the results? Well.. with this enclosure, an RM551E-GL and these stick antennas (AO 1LF738V5 SM) inside my house on the second floor sitting next to my master bedroom TV, I'm able to get a consistent ~500/10mbps; mind you my location is notoriously bad for cell reception. I don't really need the cellular backup as I already have dual fiber connections (AT&T and Comcast) which have never gone down (knock on wood), but I'm happy to have the cellular backup just incase. I very rarely post Any Feedback. This is the third item I have purchased from Haven Technologies.
My first purchase was the ELSYS AmpliaMax 4G Antenna. I wanted a little more directional pointing capability with the antenna,
The WiSecure mounting system was the best solution I found online to accomplish this.
I had to adapt the mount to the ElSYS antenna. That was an easy job using a 6 in x 8 in x 3/8 in thick piece of outdoor rated hard plastic sheet using 1/4- 20 bolts and nuts.
I also bought Haven Technologies cell tower survey for 4 cell towers near me.
As a retired electrician, I was happy to see the amount of useful data that the surveys had in them. A PDF file for each Tower showing the towers latitude and longitude location, the radio line of site above the terrain from my suggested tower height to each cell tower and the compass direction to point the ELSYS antenna. It also included a KZM file to import onto Google Earth Maps (a line drawn in the Map to each cell tower from my TV tower) so I can mouse around the map to see any tree's and buildings that could interfere with the cell signal. Notes posted in Google Earth file has most of the same information that is in the PDF file.
Richard was always available for any tech support I needed via email. Excellent YouTube tutorial videos.

Had a few items pop up with the SIM for the Elsys Amplimax and Richard was there every step of the way to help me out. He went above and beyond. Have not fine tuned the Elsys Amplimax due to the cold outdoor temps, without it we went from 28mbps up and 5mbps down to 125mbps up and 28mbps up, cant wait to fine tune it!
