The instructional videos were very detailed and well made. They answered pretty much all of the questions I had. The only request I would have would be to make the videos and other documentation available to potential buyers PRIOR to purchase. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the product and support.

I have one in my office at home, one in the shop and one in my business in town. I can get internet and see what is going on in real time. Best internet I have ever had and the customer service is far better than any customer service I have ever had.

Had a few items pop up with the SIM for the Elsys Amplimax and Richard was there every step of the way to help me out. He went above and beyond. Have not fine tuned the Elsys Amplimax due to the cold outdoor temps, without it we went from 28mbps up and 5mbps down to 125mbps up and 28mbps up, cant wait to fine tune it! Thanks again to Richard!

If you are looking for the best look no farther than the wireless haven. Super great people. On the business card with my unit it says email us anytime. I must say they are great on getting back and letting me know what I should of done I love it. I would highly recommend it. I live out in middle of nowhere. Our choices are limited. This is great. Seems to add a layer of cooling for my x62 modem. Easy to install, and seems to dissipate some of the heat.

Lets just say there was "some" damage was done to antenna ports on sdx75 card I had purchased. The modem repair work was very clean and could not have hoped for anything more. All details including a request I had made when placing the order to add connector clip to those ports was completed without any reminder/follow up. Came fully tested in excellent working condition after repair. These guys must know what they are doing !!

Works great with my modem & SIM card.

So I had had enough of the stupid high cost and crappy service of Optimum which is the only wired internet service at my location. Signed up for T-Mo home internet and the speeds / signal was pretty bad even though T-Mo says their service is available at my house. Did some further research and came across Richard's videos on YouTube and decided to try out the Amplimax. Did the IEMI "reprogramming," popped in the T-Mo sim and pointed the Amplimax at what I thought would be the stronger tower since it was closer. Speeds ok but it would have been a tough spot to mount outside my house. Decided to try the slightly further away tower and that seemed to have the same signal strength of 88-92% but was a much easier mounting location for me. Got it mounted. Ran a flat ethernet cable which allowed me to get it inside the house through an egress window in the basement without need to drill a hole for regular ethernet.

Now the fun part was experimenting with which bands to enable/disable. Spent maybe an hour or two screwing around with this and determined the best / most reliable for me was N71 (600mHZ) for 5G and then a few LTE bands. The key here is disabling the other 5G bands made the connection fully reliable for me. Don't read this and then assume the same is for you. My speeds are ~ 200 down and ~ 40 up. Worse than Optimum but again super reliable which is more than I can say for them. Been up and running now 5 months and haven't lost signal once (knock on wood).

I did have an issue with RE-connecting to my Google Wifi router following a power outtage. Solution was to buy a UPS that both the Amplimax POE and Google Wifi are plugged into. Zero downtime = zero resets = zero problem.

Lastly, and probably most importantly, Richard was great. He convinced me to try the further / better tower and gave guidance on optimizing which bands to start tinkering with disabling. I can't say enough about his customer service. Truly exceptional.

I ordered 4 of these for a tmobile usb-eth sled unit. AT ground level, 4 miles from tower, i got over 50 meg down with these antennas. They just work.

I can't praise the Elsys Amplimax Ultra enough. My speeds prior to installing this were about an average of 80mbps down and like 6mpbs up. After installing this unit my speeds average 750+mpbs down and 50mpbs up and that isn't even clearing the full tree line. Once I move it to its permanent location I'm curious if the speeds will get even better. The customer service is insane! Honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced with anything. The first unit I received was having some weird issues so without hesitation a new one was sent and the new one fixed the weird issue I was having. Incredible product and even better customer service! You won't be disappointed.
