Customer support was there from the start. Order and shipping without any hitches. Antenna was well packaged. Construction antenna and weight of it feels like a well built device that will withstand outside weather. Works well and benefits were realized in better download speeds and lower pings then with inside OEM modems.

I ordered a 4 tower survey. They gave me the fifth tower Free. The survey was fast, compete, and exactly what they explained on the video.
I have talked to my carrier and they could not tell me where their tower was when asked. There are a couple of cell tower location apps on line but not nearly as accurate as this survey provides. I am very Happy I bought this service.

I do have to say that the InvisaGig is the simplist modem I've configured. This is my third and by far easiest. I was up and running in no time. Love the simplicity of the interface yet it is chock full of useful information and features. Also love the fact that I can remote in and troubleshoot from anywhere via Tailscale as long as I have an Internet connection. This was one of the biggest selling points for me since I do not live where the Internet is being used. Using the device with T Mobile Home Internet.

I pulled the trigger on buying th Amplimax Ultra after our AT&T Fixed Wireless service quit working and I found out they are discontinuing that service and there is nothing else.available in our area. Using my cell phone, I had found out that on the West side of our house we had 5G Verizon service available even though Verizon says we can't get their 5G home Internet service. We used to get around 35-50Mbps download & 8-10Mbps upload speeds with the AT&T Fixed Wireless service. After setting up the Amplimax Ultra, we consistently get 300-400Mbps download and 40-50Mbps upload speeds at 67% 5G signal strength. That's the best I can get it for the signal strength but the speeds are great so I am not complaining. We'll see how it works over the winter & spring months for us and, if we have no issues, I will likely buy another for our camper that is on a seasonal campsite. Richard also has answered any/all questions that I had promptly. The product & customer service are both exceptional. Thanks again!

Bought a used wifix antenna and router/modem enclosure and needed new pigtails to connect the 4x4 panel antenna to a quectel rm160. I knew right where to go and wasn't disappointed as usual.

I purchased this unit after researching it online and watching many YouTube videos. I am impressed with how it works and all the options that it provides over my regular provider's modem. I am never going back, and I am very pleased with the unit and the DIY videos for installation.
