I very rarely post Any Feedback. This is the third item I have purchased from Haven Technologies.
My first purchase was the ELSYS AmpliaMax 4G Antenna. I wanted a little more directional pointing capability with the antenna,
The WiSecure mounting system was the best solution I found online to accomplish this.
I had to adapt the mount to the ElSYS antenna. That was an easy job using a 6 in x 8 in x 3/8 in thick piece of outdoor rated hard plastic sheet using 1/4- 20 bolts and nuts.
I also bought Haven Technologies cell tower survey for 4 cell towers near me.
As a retired electrician, I was happy to see the amount of useful data that the surveys had in them. A PDF file for each Tower showing the towers latitude and longitude location, the radio line of site above the terrain from my suggested tower height to each cell tower and the compass direction to point the ELSYS antenna. It also included a KZM file to import onto Google Earth Maps (a line drawn in the Map to each cell tower from my TV tower) so I can mouse around the map to see any tree's and buildings that could interfere with the cell signal. Notes posted in Google Earth file has most of the same information that is in the PDF file.
Richard was always available for any tech support I needed via email. Excellent YouTube tutorial videos.

The instructional videos were very detailed and well made. They answered pretty much all of the questions I had. The only request I would have would be to make the videos and other documentation available to potential buyers PRIOR to purchase. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the product and support.

I have one in my office at home, one in the shop and one in my business in town. I can get internet and see what is going on in real time. Best internet I have ever had and the customer service is far better than any customer service I have ever had.

The Elsys Amplimax from WirelessHaven and Richards customer service are next level!! Richard's knowledge and support are great. Would recommend WirelessHaven for all your cellular needs! Had a few items pop up with the SIM for the Elsys Amplimax and Richard was there every step of the way to help me out. He went above and beyond. Have not fine tuned the Elsys Amplimax due to the cold outdoor temps, without it we went from 28mbps up and 5mbps down to 125mbps up and 28mbps up, cant wait to fine tune it! Thanks again to Richard!

If you are looking for the best look no farther than the wireless haven. Super great people. On the business card with my unit it says email us anytime. I must say they are great on getting back and letting me know what I should of done I love it. I would highly recommend it. I live out in middle of nowhere. Our choices are limited. This is great. I will invite friends over to see how well it works. I can't say enough. And wireless haven makes it great. They are the icing on the cake. Thank you wireless haven

Seems to add a layer of cooling for my x62 modem. Easy to install, and seems to dissipate some of the heat.
